The Base-Builder Athlete Program "BBAP" is a simple workout template and weekly program best suited for the following:

 

Freshman-Junior high school athletes with no current lifting program or that have not received their college strength and conditioning programs yet.
College age students 18-22 participating in intramurals or club sports with no strength and condition program. This program can be used to supplement an offseason college S&C program.
Post College working individuals 22-45 that are looking to stay fit, strong, and athletic. These individuals are perhaps looking to get back into shape and don't want to have to hire a personal trainer, buy an unproven workout program, or want to waste brain cells designing a balanced program and scheme out reps and sets each week.
 

This program will provide a great strength and knowledge base for those thinking about joining CrossFit.

 

This program is not meant for the following: professional (NFL, NBA, MLB, FIFA) or Adults over 45 years of age.  This program assumes you understand movements, correct form and technique and can modify or substitute equipment based on your conditions.

 

 

This program contains a four day Olympic lift base with accessory lifts (and a fifth day of lighter bodyweight, banded or light machine exercises), supersets, ability to modify movements or equipment and gives the user a great pre-programed template that has produced college athletes and used by working age professionals.

 

This program incorporates basic principles and seeks to create a balanced body and athlete and minimize time in the gym with base compound movements and super setting of accessory/support movements.
 
The value of this program is unmatched in $ and the flexibility to sample a week and use the template to create your own plan (if you're more advanced and like programming). If you understand basic movements and exercises you can substitute machines or exercises and still achieve the same results
